Southern Theater adds two artists to Board of Directors
The Southern Theater has announced the appointment of artists Leslie Ball and Brian Sostek to the Southern Board of Directors. Each artist has a long history of active engagement with the Southern, and the two new positions on the Board reflect the Southern’s commitment to remaining connected to the Twin Cities artistic community. They joined the board on November 3.

Kate Nordstrum named Southern Theater Music Programming Director
Kate Nordstrum has been named music programming director of the Southern Theater. Already serving as the director of marketing and communications at the Southern, Nordstrum will take on the duties of the new part-time position officially beginning in November.

Jon Ferguson joins Southern staff in new artistic role
Twin Cities theatrical director
Jon Ferguson has been named theatre programming director of the Southern Theater. The new artistic position will begin in November on the heels of Ferguson’s premiere of Animal Farm at the Southern.
