TU Dance opens its 2026–27 season at The Southern Theater in Minneapolis with a dynamic program featuring new and returning voices in contemporary dance. The performances include a world premiere by Uwazi Zamani, the inaugural recipient of the Toni Pierce‑Sands Choreographic Initiative, alongside compelling works by visionary choreographers Gregory Dolbashian and Laurel Keen. Together, these artists bring a rich spectrum of movement, perspective, and innovation to launch the season with depth, energy, and artistry.
